Plain terms for families using MSO Experience.

Membership

Membership gives your household lifetime access to the series app for your child, Train Up for you, the weekly lessons, the Field Guide and the community, for as long as MSO Experience runs. The guided program is four months: time to go through all 49 days twice, with support.

Carried, for ages 2 to 5, is used on a parent’s phone, by a parent praying with their child.

You can pay in full, or in four monthly payments. Choosing monthly payments is a commitment to all four. They stop by themselves after the fourth. The price and payment schedule are shown to you at checkout, before you pay.

Adding a child in another age group opens that series for your household for a one-time charge, shown to you before you pay. Every child after that in the same series is included.

If a monthly payment fails or is stopped before the fourth, your child’s app keeps working, and Train Up, the lessons and the community are locked until the payments are caught up. Updating your card in Train Up unlocks everything as soon as the payment goes through.

Your account

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping access to your email private, since that is how you sign in, and for who uses the phones you pair. One membership covers one household.

Using the content

The prayers, readings, guides and images are for your family’s personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or republish them. Scripture is used under the licenses named on our Credits page.

What this is and isn’t

MSO Experience is a family devotional resource. It is not counseling, therapy, medical care or a substitute for your church. If you believe a child is in danger, call 911. The Field Guide in Train Up lists other places to get help.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell members before it takes effect.
